SCADA系统在长输管道上的应用


SCADA 系统在长输管道上应用是比较广泛的,现在我以西部成品油管道为例简单介绍一下SCADA 系统在长输管道上应用,西部成品油管道工程的SCADA 系统是以计算机为核心的监控与数据采集系统,它将完成对全线各工艺站场的监控和管理等任务。SCADA 系统由调度控制中心和位于沿线各工艺站场及远控线路截断阀室的远程监控站—SCS 或RTU组成。它们之间通过广域网连接,通信媒介采用光缆和铁通公网的DDN 线路。
调度控制中心控制及调度管理;站控制室远程控制;就地手动控制。
在正常情况下,管线的运行由廊坊调度控制中心对全线进行监视和控制。沿线各站无须人工干预,各站的站控系统在调度控制中心的统一指挥下完成各自的工作。控制权限由调度控制中心确定,经调度控制中心授权后,才允许操作人员通过站控系统对各站进行授权范围内的工作。当数据通信系统发生故障或系统检修时,由站控制系统完成对本站的监视控制。当进行设备检修或紧急停车时,可用就地控制。
调度控制中心主要完成输油管道系统生产过程数据采集、监视、各种流程的自动切换、生产设备联锁保护、顺序控制、紧急关断、油品计量、成品油切割控制、油品界面检测、水击保护、批量计划及生产调度管理等任务。

Abstract
SCADA system in the application of long-distance pipeline is relatively wider,I shall now make a brief introduction as an example the Western Pipeline SCADA system in the application of long-distance pipeline,Western Pipeline Project SCADA system is based on a computer as the core of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System,It will complete the full range of field stations to monitor the various processes and management tasks。SCADA system consists of dispatch control center and at the various process stations along the field and remote control-line block valve chamber remote monitoring station or RTU composition-SCS。Between them through the wide area network connectivity, communications media, public network using fiber optic cable, and the DDN Railway line。
Dispatch Control Center control and scheduling management; station control room remote control; local manual control。
Under normal circumstances, the pipeline running from Langfang Control Center right across the board to monitor and control。 Without human intervention along the various stations, each station station control system in the dispatch control center under the unified command to complete their work。Control of access by the dispatch control center established by the dispatch control center authorization before allowing the operator station control system through the various stations within the mandate of work。 When the data communication system failure or system maintenance,by the station control system to complete the monitoring and control of the site。When it comes to equipment maintenance or emergency stop,the local control can be used。
Control Center of the main pipeline system to complete the production process of data collection,monitoring,automatic switching of various processes, production equipment interlock protection, sequential control,emergency shutdown,oil metering, cutting oil control,oil interface detection,water attack protection,batch planning and production scheduling management and other tasks。
