论我国行政监督存在的问题及解决对策

随着我国社会法制化进程的逐步发展与加强，越来越多的实际需要呼吁着相关制衡权力机关和制度的出现。我国的行政监督体制也就在这样的背景环境下应运而生。尤其在改革开放以来，随着我国社会的民主法治化进程的不断推进，行政监督无论在机关构成上还是在实际的操作运用上都取得了长足的进步，有力的配合和促进了我国社会主义和谐社会的建设进程。同时，做好行政监督工作有利于实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民的根本利益，有利于发展社会主义民主，建设社会主义政治文明，这也正是我们党和人民一直所追求的。但是，由于我国的民主政治体制还不够完善等多种客观限制性因素，我国的行政监督还存在着很多问题亟待我们去解决。

On the problems Existing in AdministrativeSupervision and the Corresponding Solutions
 

Abstract:With the progressive development and strengthening of the legal process of our society,more and more practical need to call upon the organs and systems of checks and balances power.China’s administrative supervision system also came into being in the background environment .Especially since the reform and opening up. With the continuous advance of China’s social democracy and the rule of law process,the administrative supervision in terms of the composition of the organs or in the actual operational use have made greate strides,strong cooperation and promote China’s socialist harmonious the social constructive process.As well as make administrative supervision work to realize,safeguard and develop the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of people,develop socialist democracy and building socialist political civilization,and this is precisely our Party and people have been pursued by.However,due to China’s democratic political system is still not perfect and many other objective limiting factors,China’s administrative supervision there is a lot of problems waiting for us to solve.
