试论公司的社会责任

近年来，不管是国内还是国际，市场竞争十分激烈，公司企业促进了社会与经济的迅猛发展，自身也是从中受益，得到进一步的发展。但是在经济竞争激烈的同时，许多的企业往往会忽略了其所担负的社会责任对于自身乃至整个社会的重要性，导致最后出现许多影响企业形象以及败坏社会风气、破坏社会秩序的现象。本文针对以上现象分为多个部分进行讨论。文章在前言部分便指出了公司企业在对待社会责任感的问题上存在的误区，在第二部分从公司对社会的作用力、影响力方面分析了公司企业对于社会的影响，第三部分则讨论了公司企业履行社会责任的重要性、深远意义，以及公司消极对待社会责任的严重后果，在文章的最后提出了在现有环境下该如何促进企业履行社会责任的四点建议。

Discuss the Company’s Social Responsibility
Abstract

In recent years, whether in home or abroad, the market competition is extremely fierce. The incorporated business not only promotes social and economic development, but also benefits itself from getting further development. However, along with the rapid economic competition, many enterprises tend to ignore the importance of which is responsible for itself and even in the whole society, which leads to lots of unfavorable phenomena, such as influencing the enterprise image, degrading social conduct, breaking social order. This article is specific to these phenomena and is divided into several parts to discuss. Based on the introduction which has pointed out that the incorporated business exists the misunderstanding in handling the social responsibility issue, the second part analyzes the social effect about incorporated business in terms of its social function and influence. Then the third part has discussed the importance and profound significance for company to fulfill its social responsibility, and the serious consequences if it treats the social responsibility passively. At the end of the article, I give four suggestions on how to promote enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities in current situation.
