以科学发展观指导国有企业文化建设

随着我国经济体制的改革，我国的国有企业进入了一个新的发展时期，然而，国有企业在计划经济体制下形成的一些价值观念、行为规范和管理方式已难以适应社会主义市场经济发展的要求并成为国有企业提高竞争力乃至生存和发展的巨大阻碍.于是，改进和加强国有企业的企业文化建设，建设有中国特色的国有企业文化，就成为医治阻碍国有企业发展顽疾一剂良药。此时，党中央及时提出了以人为本、全面发展、协调发展、可持续发展的科学发展观指导理论。于是，本文就以坚持科学发展观指导国有企业文化建设进行深入地探讨和研究。
本文通过搜集和研读大量有价值的相关文献资料、理论书籍以及总结自己的实习经验，阐述了企业文化在当今世界企业竞争中的重要性以及我国国有企业文化的现状和存在的主要问题，解释了科学发展观及其本质内涵，并且根据对科学发展观的理解和科学发展观要求，提出了在科学发展观指导下，国有企业文化建设的总体原则和国有企业文化建设的具体内容和实施。

ABSTRACT

As China's economic system reform, China's state-owned enterprises has entered a new stage of development, however, State-owned enterprises which are under the planned economic system and the formation of values, code of conduct and management practices have been difficult to adapt to the development of the socialist market economy. These problems also become a great obstacle of the state-owned enterprises to improve their competitive edge and even affect the survival and development of the state-owned enterprises. Therefore, improve and strengthen state-owned enterprises in the building of enterprise culture and build the state-owned enterprise culture with Chinese characteristics, can effectively solve the problems of the state-owned enterprises in the development. At this point, Chinese Communist Party Central Committee put forward in a timely The scientific concept of development which contains people-centered, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept Therefore, this paper is about adhering to the scientific concept of development to guide the state-owned enterprise culture for in-depth exploration and research.
I collect and read a lot of valuable literature and theories books and sum up my internship experience .I clearly Clarify that the enterprise culture is very important in the contemporary world, note the status and key issues of our state-owned enterprise culture and explain the scientific concept of development and its essential meaning. According to my understanding of the concept of scientific development, I follow the requirements of concept of the scientific development and raise the principles and contents of cultural construction, which are under the scientific concept of development .
