提升企业竞争优势的薪酬战略研究


随着知识经济的逼近和全球经济一体化的加速发展,我国企业面临着愈加复杂多变的市场环境,企业需要在薪酬管理上进行深入的改革和创新,培育和保持自己的竞争优势。从战略的角度研究薪酬,将薪酬体系与企业战略有机结合,对于推进企业战略实施,提升企业竞争优势有极其重要的意义。
本文通过案例深入研究薪酬战略对提升企业竞争优势的重要作用,指出薪酬战略是推进企业发展和战略实施的重要工具,是帮助企业赢得和保持竞争优势的有力手段。本文在对影响薪酬战略构建的宏观环境、行业特点、组织特征和员工特点等因素进行分析的基础上,提出构建薪酬战略的目标、思路和方法,指出构建薪酬战略的关键在于根据企业内外部权变因素,从而实现薪酬战略与企业战略的有效匹配。本文通过实证分析指出企业应该根据自身特点,因地制宜,构建适合自身发展的薪酬战略,才能达到薪酬战略与企业战略的有效匹配,而这种匹配性越高,在帮助企业赢得竞争优势方面的作用就会越大。

Abstract

With the approach of knowledge economy and speeding up the development of global economic integration, China's enterprises face increasingly complex and ever-changing market environment, enterprises need to conduct in-depth reforms on salary management and innovation, foster and maintain their competitive advantage. From a strategic point of the pay, pay system and strategy combination is extremely important significance for pushing forward the implementation of corporate strategy and  promoting enterprise competitive advantage.
This article uses example to deeply research pay strategy on upgrade enterprise competition advantage of important role and points out that pay strategy is an important tool of promoting enterprise development and strategy implementation, is a strong mean of helping enterprise won and keep competition advantage.This article makes construction pay strategy of target, and thought and method and points out that construction pay strategy of key is under enterprise inside and outside department contingency factors, to implementation pay strategy and enterprise strategy of effective match basing on deeply analyzing some elements which can affect pay strategy construction ,for example, macro environment, industry features, organization features and staff features. This paper uses empirical analysis to point out that enterprises should be according to its own characteristics, suiting measures to local conditions, building pay for own development strategies, to achieve the effective matching of compensation strategy and corporate strategy.  A higher matching will have a more important role in helping companies win competitive advantage.
