中小民营企业营销人员绩效管理探析


追求卓越的绩效管理,是二十一世纪管理发展的趋势,随着经济全球化进程的加快,卓越绩效管理模式已成为世界成功企业公认的提升企业竞争力的有效方法,也是我国民营企业在新形势下经营管理努力的方向。本文从我国中小民营企业的绩效管理现状入手,分析了当前形势下绩效管理的发展趋势,并以陕西金顿网络系统工程有限公司的营销人员为研究对象,对其营销人员的绩效管理与考核方面的问题进行分析,认为公司在对绩效管理的实施以及目前营销人员的管理现状等方面存在问题,对公司营销人员的绩效管理的制定和修改、其关键性业绩评定指标和有效地改进对策这几方面提出了改进措施。通过对相关理论和方法的研究,找出目前绩效管理体系中存在的一些问题,希望对中小民营企业建立和改善绩效管理方案有所帮助,使中小民营企业拥有良好的人才发展环境,提高管理效率,提升企业的竞争力。

This paper, from the small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country the performance management present situation, analyzes the current situation of the development trend of performance management, and with Shaanxi Gold Leight on Network Systems Engineering Co,LTD, Of the marketing personnel as the research object, the marketing personnel's performance management and appraisal of the analysis, think that the company of performance management in the implementation of the marketing personnel as well as the present situation of the management of existing problems, the company marketing personnel's performance management, performance management, establish and revise its key performance evaluation index and effectively improve counter measures of these proposed the improvement measures. Through to the related theory and method of study, and found out the performance management system problems, and hope of small and medium-sized private enterprises to establish and improve performance management plan help, make of small and medium-sized private enterprises have good talented person development environment, improve the efficiency of management, improve the competence of the enterprise.
