鼻导管与双腔氧管吸氧效果的临床观察及护理 目的：通过对鼻导管与双腔氧管吸氧效果的比较，探讨哪一种吸氧方法更容易被病人接受。方法：采用随机分组的方法将这两种吸氧方法分为两组，观察记录吸氧前、吸氧后半小时、１小时、２小时病人的SpO2、HR、R及依从性，将两种结果进行比较。结果：两种吸氧方法的吸氧效果在吸氧２小时后无统计学差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），双腔氧管的依从性比鼻导管高。结论：鼻导管与双腔氧管吸氧效果一致，病人更容易接受双腔氧管。 关键词：鼻导管；双腔氧管；吸氧 ABSTRACT Purpose:Pass the comparison that absorbs the oxygen result to the nose pipe and a double oxygen tube, inquiry into which kind absorb the oxygen method to was more easily accept by the patient.Method:Adoption random cent the method of the set are two kinds of these to absorb the oxygen method to is divided into two, observation record before absorbing the oxygen, absorb the oxygen behind half an hour, a hour,2 hours, patient's SpO2, HR, R and complying, carry on two kinds of as a result comparison.Result:Two kinds of did not statistics to learn the difference( Ｐ <0.05) after absorb the oxygen method absorb the oxygen result at absorb the oxygen for 2 hours,the double oxygen take care of complying higher than the nose pipe.Conclusion:The nose pipe is in accordance with double oxygen tube absorb the oxygen result, the patient accepts the double oxygen tube more easily. keyword: Nose pipe; Double oxygen tube; Oxygen
