【内容摘要】

蔡安迪斯的集体主义与个体主义价值体系研究——基于中美管理文化的视角 本文以蔡安迪斯的集体主义、个体主义的五个维度为线索,搭建框架,进行中美管理文化的比较。首先,介绍全球化背景下对集体主义和个体主义的价值观的研究对于促进国际合作、避免国际冲突有着深远意义。而后文章主体部分从蔡安迪斯的五个维度:个体对自我的定义、个人目标和群体目标的相对重要性、个人态度和社会规范决定个体行为时的相对重要性、完成任务和人际关系对个体的相对重要性、个体对内群体和外群体的区分程度对中美管理文化进行深入比较分析。文章最后得出结论,并呼吁当今时代应在保留传统文化的前提下向西方学习管理的宝贵经验。 关键词:集体主义 个体主义 管理 Analysis of the individualism and collectivism of Triandis——Taking Cultural Management of China and U.S for Example ABSTRACT This paper is based on the five dimensions of individualism and collectivism of Triandis. Firstly, introduce the meaning of studying the individualism and collectivism on nowadays. Secondly, analyses the different understandings about the individualism and collectivism in different from different people. The main part of article tells the individual's self-definition, personal goals and the relative importance of group goals, individual attitudes and social norms determine the relative importance of individual behavior, to complete the task and interpersonal relationships of individuals relative importance of domestic groups and individuals outside the group level the distinction between the management culture of the United States-depth comparative analysis.
