【内容摘要】

金融机构全球化职业经理人的培养模式探究随着经济的全球化发展,竞争日趋激烈,跨国公司的不断增加,对全球化职业经理人的需求也不断扩大,然而我国职业经理人队伍还很不成熟。本文旨在探究全球化职业经理人,特别是经过2008年金融危机后金融机构全球化职业经理人的培养模式,主要分为全球化职业经理人自身培养以及跨国公司对其进行培养两部分来阐述,针对本次金融危机指出金融机构全球化职业经理人存在的败德行为并指出规避方向。最后以汇丰银行为例分析其管理培训生培养方案以及对我国金融机构职业经理人产生的借鉴意义。 关键词:全球化职业经理人 金融机构 败德行为 The Study of Cultivating Pattern of International Professional Managers in Financial Organization ABSTRACT With the development of economic globalization, the number of multinational corporations is increasing rapidly and the competitions among these corporations are becoming more and more fierce, so there are great demands of international professional managers. But there is a lack of experienced international professional managers in our countries. This thesis does a study on the cultivating model of international professional managers after the breaking out of financial crisis. There are two cultivating patterns discussed in this thesis: one is self-cultivation pattern, the other is the cultivating pattern implemented by the multinational corporations. I will also point out the moral corruption problems of the international professional managers in the financial organization and the directions to cultivate them. At last I will analyze the management trainee project in HSBC(The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited) and point out the significance for the cultivating of professional managers in our financial organization.
