浅析汽车贷款证券化
本文以汽车贷款证券化发起人的融资动因为基础，通过对其概念的理解，了解运行机制，并结合汽车产业发展趋势和国外经验, 揭示其在我国存在的问题，提出解决方法，并进行前景预测。本文认为考虑到我国的国情，并参照国外同业发展历程，适时发行汽车贷款支持证券，将有助于我国商业银行和汽车金融公司优化资产负债结构、降低流动性风险、扩大业务种类和提高资本收益率,因而汽车贷款证券化将成为重要的融资方式。

The Analysis of Auto Loans Securitization
Abstract: Based on sponsor’s motive of car loan-backed securities financing, this paper tries to understand the concept, grasp operating mechanisms, review the development trend of car industry and the experience of foreign countries, reveal the existing problems in China and find out the solutions, and forecast the prospects of car industry. Considering Chinese conditions and other countries’ development experience of car industry, it is feasible for China to issue car loan-backed securities in certain time. It will be a great help for commercial banks of China and auto financing companies to optimize asset-liabilities structure, reduce the liquidity risk, extend the types of business, and improve the return of capital gain. Therefore, car loan-backed securities will be a vital pattern of financing.
