对我国上市公司EVA评价体系的研究

随着组织背景的日益复杂，企业的经营者要实现组织的战略目标，便越来越依赖于科学合理的业绩评价系统。另外，资本市场中的投资者更加关心季度业绩，而漠视长期的价值创造战略的不正确的观点也影响着业绩评价系统的科学性和合理性。EVA是20世纪80年代美国思腾思特咨询管理公司提出的一个新的价值评估体系，美国《财富》杂志称它为“当今最炙手可热的财务理念”，它为西方许多国家带来了一场业绩评估的风暴。本文通过对业绩评价现状和问题的理论分析研究建立EVA业绩评价体系的可行性，希望能对中国企业有所帮助。

Research on EVA Performance Measurement System

Abstract: With the organization background become more sophisticated, the operator of the enterprise is increasingly dependent on the scientific and reasonable assessment system of  performance. In addition, the investors care more about the quarter achievements, while such an incorrect notion as ignoring the long-term strategy of the value creation affects the scientificity and reasonability of the achievement assessment system. EVA is a new value assessment system held by Stern Stewart & Co, a consulting firm. EVA is regarded as the hottest financial conception recently by Fortune. It brings many western countries a storm of performance evaluation. This paper will analyze the problems exit in performance measurement, and give some suggestions from the case.
