xx市老年人社会福利现状的调查分析

 我国已进入老龄化社会，江门更是比全国提早12年进入老龄化，面临着人口老龄化的严峻考验，家庭养老压力加剧，需要政府作出对于老年福利的前瞻性部署。
目前对老年人社会福利的研究比较多，但对江门市的情况进行研究的很少。对老年人的社会福利分类有很多，本文从江门市老年人社会福利需求入手，首先对江门市社会养老院、居家服务体系、医疗保健机构、社会文体设施，以及老年人津贴和老年人福利财政支出等方面的现状进行分析；其次，总结出这些服务项目在实施过程中存在的一些不足；最后针对江门市老年人福利存在的问题提出相应的对策建议，以促进江门市社会福利事业的不断完善。

Abstract

China has entered into the aging society and Jiangmen has being the aging society 12 years earlier than the whole country. Facing with the severe challenge of the aging of population and the pressure of raising the old, the government needs to make the deployment of forward-looking for old-age benefits.
There are many studies of the welfare of the elderly but few studies of social welfare for the elderly in Jiangmen. There are many kinds of classification of the welfare of the elderly. This paper analyzed it in the case of the needs of the elderly. Firstly, analyzed the society nursing homes, home care systems, health care institutions, cultural and sports facilities and improving the benefits of the elderly, plus the expenditure of the welfare of the elderly. Secondly summed up the problems in implementing these projects. Lastly, make some suggestions to improve the welfare of the elderly in Jiangmen
