治理视野下我国的农民政治参与
政治参与是公民表达自己的利益诉求、影响政府决策和执行过程的重要方式，也是政府权力和社会权力相互作用而不断消长的过程。政治参与是民主政治的重要内容，也是衡量一国政治发展状况与社会公平的重要指标。而我们中国是一个农业大国，据2011年人口普查，农村人口占全国总人口的比重为50.32%，但作为基数庞大的人口主体，一方面受传统文化影响，一方面村民选举秩序混乱以及民主监督不力等因素，造成现今我国农民的政治参与处于一个绝对的弱势地位。在政治社会不断改革与进化的当下，有效地规范和引导农民的政治参与，建立健全的农村政治参与机制，对保障农村的稳定、加速基层政治民主建设步伐以及推动政府职能和角色的转变都具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract
Political participation is not only an important way for citizen to show their concerns and influencing the government to make and carry out the decision but also the process between the right of the government and the society. Besides, political participation is an important content of democratic politics and also a measurement of the development of the policy and social equality. China is one of the biggest agricultural country that rural population is 50.32% of the total shown by the population census in 2011 .However, rural people couldn’t use the Political participation very well under the influence of traditional culture , the chaotic state of village elections and the weak democratic supervision. As a result , taking some effective measurement to regulate and guide the farmers to take part in the political participation and building up the more perfect mechanism of political participation in rural areas are making sense to safeguarding the rural stability ,speeding up the contribution of the democratic politics and promoting the change of the government’s function and role .
