深圳与香港失业补贴政策不同维度比较分析

失业是不同国家或区域普遍存在的问题，但失业补贴政策却因不同国家或区域的制度不同而不同。香港与深圳实行的基本制度不同，失业补贴政策存在差异。香港的失业补贴政策体系较为完备，管理经验丰富，有比较好的经验可资借鉴。论文建立了香港与深圳失业补贴政策的四个比较维度，对香港与深圳的失业补贴政策进行比较，并依据香港的政策经验与优势，针对深圳失业补贴政策实施方面存在的问题，提出完善深圳失业补贴政策的若干政策建议。

A Comparative Study between Shenzhen and Hong Kong in Unemployment benefit policies
 
【Abstract】Unemployment is a common problem in different countries or regions.But the policies of umemployment subsidies in different places or area are different because of the different local or regional system.The implement basic system of Hong Kong and shenzhen is different,and there are differences in the the policies of umemployment subsidies. Hong Kong's policies of umemployment subsidies system is more completely, and HK has rich management experience,which gives a better experience for reference.The paper established four dimensions of the the policies of umemployment subsidies in HongKong and Shenzhen to compare the differences of them,and on the basic of the experience and advantages of Hong Kong ,some suggestions in policy making to improve the policies of umemployment subsidies in Shenzhen will be presented,which specially aims to tackle the existing problems on the implement of the policies of unemployment subsidies in Shenzhen.
