mba大学生自我管理提升策略分析
伴随着知识经济时代的到来，以及mba地区高校教育教学管理体制的改革与发展，自我管理成为当代大学生必备的素质，也是我国高教体制改革的必然要求。本文在对自我管理内涵界定的基础上，认为加强大学生自我管理能力的培养是大学生适应社会形势发展、开发自身潜能、提高自身综合素质的需要，对提高大学生管理的层次与水平十分必要。所以，mba地区大学生在自我管理能力缺失方面，应该针对“自我认知程度较低、自我管理的目标意向薄弱、时间安排不合理、自主学习被动、不重视情绪管理、自我控制能力较差”的问题，在正确自我认识的基础上，科学系统地进行目标管理、合理地安排与运用时间、善于自主学习与提升技能、学会正确的情绪管理、努力培养自我控制能力，从而提高自我管理能力；目前高校学生管理在教育理念、模式和环节上没有形成对学生进行自我管理教育的体系，所以必须通过更新观念，创设大学生自我管理的环境，建立健全大学生自我管理的机构体系，进行大学生自我管理指导等途径培养大学生独立自主地生活、学习和参与社会活动的能力，使其成为现代社会需要的高层次人才。

A Study of the Present Situation of the College Students’ Self-management in Shenzhen and Upgrading Strategy
【Abstract】 With the arrival of knowledge economy era and the innovation and development of university’s education and teaching management system reform, the self-management is an essential character of contemporary university students, and it is also inevitable request from higher education system reform. This paper suggests that strengthening the ability development of the self-management of the university students is the demand of the university students’ adaptation to the social development, the development potential, the exaltation of oneself to synthesize the character. It is also necessary towards raising the layers and levels for the management of university students. So, the essay discusses the main problem of the lack of college students’ self-management ability. It said college students should face to the problem like ‘low degree of self-awareness, weak sense of purpose, arranging time unreasonable, passive autonomous learning, neglect emotion management, poor self-control ability ’. On the basis of correct self-awareness, college students should manage your target scientific and systematically, arrange time reasonably, self-learn to upgrade your skills, learn emotional management and try your best to train self-control to improve self-management skills. However, on the way of college education concepts, models and areas, there is no system of self-management education for college students. The college also should change ideas, establish the environments self-management of the university students, build up the organization system, guide the direction, develop the ability of the in dependently living, study and participate the social activity, make them become high talented persons for modern society.
