秘书工作在我国正受到越来越多的关注。如今，经济正在向全球化方向发展，国内外对秘书人才的需求大大增加，这给秘书职业提供了广阔的前景。但社会的发展、经济的繁荣，也使秘书工作面临着更多的机遇与挑战。本文研究探讨的就是新时代的秘书应该具备的知识结构及其构建原则，以及如何适应时代的要求，优化秘书的知识结构，提高职业能力，成为一名优秀的秘书。

The knowledge structure of secretary and its construction principles
 
Abstract: Secretarial work is getting more and more attention in China. Today, the economy is developing in the direction of globalization. The increased demand for professional secretaries gives the vocation a broad prospect. However, secretarial work is also facing more opportunities and challenges with the social and economic development. In this paper, I am going to explore the knowledge structure the secretary should have in the new era and its construction principles, and how to optimizing the knowledge structure of secretary to improve our professional ability and become an excellent secretary.
