魏晋南北朝公文理论发展与文风滑坡的原因分析

魏晋南北朝时期是我国历史上王朝更替最为频繁的时代，这一时期公文文种丰富，出现了一系列公文写作理论著作，如《典论》、《文赋》、《文心雕龙》等，是一个公文写作理论的大发展时期。作为被后世人们称为“乱世”的魏晋南北朝，由于政治上的特殊情况，公文写作是十分繁荣，名篇迭出。公文写作的繁荣及时代思潮的转变呼唤系统的公文写作理论出现，公文写作理论的大发展是大势所趋。然而这一时期的公文文风与公文写作理论大发展却呈现了截然相反的状况，纵横整个魏晋南北朝，即便是后来出现过高层统治者推出的公文文风改革，公文文风的总体上呈现的却依然是下滑趋势。所谓前事不忘、后事之师，本文探讨魏晋南北朝时期公文写作理论的发展与公文文风的大滑坡原因也在于此。
