论秘书“谏诤”的艺术谏诤，是秘书的一项重要职责。一直以来，关于秘书是否要谏诤以及该怎样去谏诤，存在着诸多疑问。在大多数人看来，秘书就是为领导写写文稿，充当着一个上传下达的角色，而把谏诤这个秘书重要的职责给忽略了。其实，随着秘书行业的发展，随着更多的人进入秘书学这个研究领域，秘书的职责早已不再是简简单单的“笔杆子”一词所能包含的。在诸多秘书著作中，我们已能发现更多的人开始把秘书的谏诤职能提了出来，因此，我们应该摆正角度，重新审视谏诤在秘书工作中的重要作用。本文在肯定秘书谏诤重要性的基础上，试图更多地从艺术层面去看待秘书谏诤这个问题。
