幼儿教师性格对幼儿的影响

教师的性格是影响幼儿成长的重要因素，对幼儿的成长有着直接的作用。而教师良好的性格有利于建立良好的师幼关系和良好的课堂气氛,能使师生之间取得良好的合作，使幼儿得到更好的教育。幼儿教师应加强性格修养,提高自身素质，为幼儿身心的健康发展而努力奋斗。

Abstract
    The character of teachers affect the growth of young children is an important factor to the growth of child care has a direct role. Teachers have good character conducive to the establishment of good relations between the teacher and children and a good classroom atmosphere, between teachers and students can achieve good cooperation so that children will be better educated. Kindergarten teachers should strengthen character, to improve their own quality of the child's physical and mental health development efforts.
