企业在职培训也是企业持续发展的基础。同时，在职培训投资风险一直是企业关注的问题之一。本文将从企业在职培训的人力资本特性入手，分析在职培训的投资风险类型，并针对不同的风险类型提出相应的防范措施。

Abstract: Around the world, the research on the investment of human capital has become the hottest issue both in educational and economics fields. Among the five ways of human capital investment, on-job training is believed to be one of the most important forms. And it is also the basis of the sustainable development of enterprises, at the same time, the risk on on-job training has always attracted lots of attention of enterprises. This thesis is on the basis of the features of human capital investment; analyzes the risk on investment on on-job training, and then proposes some risk-avoiding methods to different types of risk.
