湖南省高校女子舞龙运动的现状与对策研究

舞龙运动是起源于我国优秀的民族传统体育项目,历史悠久,文化内涵丰富,健身效果卓著,深受广大群众喜爱,是中华民族宝贵的文化遗产。近十年来,舞龙运动已成为具有一定社会影响性、普及性的社会体育项目,并且已经设有国家级、世界级规模的赛事。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、比较分析法等方法，对湖南省高校女子舞龙的发展现状进行调查与研究，重点探讨了高校女子舞龙运动开展现状、发展规模、训练情况、师资水平、人才培养质量、管理体制等问题,并提出合理发展的对策,为高校女子舞龙运动在湖南省的发展提供较全面的意见和建议。研究结果表明；学校与社会对湖南省高校女子舞龙运动的管理与组织重视程度不高；整个湖南省高校女子舞龙运动的开展和宣传比较欠缺；湖南省高校女子对舞龙运动的认识程度不高；目前湖南省高校女子舞龙运动队伍组建年限不长、数量不多；湖南省高校女子舞龙运动的自主性不高；湖南省高校教师对女子舞龙运动在高校的开展的作用宣传不够；

A long history and is rich in cultural connotation. The effect of its fitness is so remarkable that this campaign is perfectly loved by the masses of the Chinese. And it goes without saying that dragon campaign becomes our national valuable cultural heritage. Over the last decade, the dragon dance movement has become a social sports with a certain social impact and universalization.Moreover, national and world-class events have also been created .By using literature data, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, as well as comparative analysis method, this paper makes an investigation and does a research on the development status quo of the Hunan University woman dragon dance movement. It mainly focuses on the college woman dragon comp status quo, the scale of development, the training situation, the quality of teachers, the quality of the training, the management system, and other issues .Besides, it puts forward some suitable development countermeasures and provides some more comprehensive views and suggestions for the development of the university woman dragon dance movement in Hunan province. Finally, it offers theory evideuces for the promotion of the Hunan university woman dragon dance movement. The results show that schools and community colleges and universities in Hunan Province woman dragon dance sports management and organisation is not high degree of attention; woman dragon and the Hunan University and the launching publicity campaign lacks; Hunan University women's movement of the dragon and the level of awareness Not high; University in Hunan Province currently woman dragon dance teams organized campaign period not long, in small quantities; college woman dragon dance movement of autonomy is not high; University Teachers for women in college sports dragon and the lack of publicity for the role;
