怀化市户外运动俱乐部的经营现状及对策
本文采用文献资料，实地考察，专家访谈法，逻辑分析等方法，对怀化市4家户外运动俱乐部经营的现状调查分析，并讨论相应的对策。以期望对怀化市户外运动俱乐部的经营管理和俱乐部的可持续发展提供参考。结果显示：怀化市户外运动俱乐部都是自负盈亏的私有制企业。主要活动分素质拓展和野外活动两大类。其优势表现为有充裕的时间保证、多层面的参与者、合作单位的不断增加以及良好的地理资源。但是也在发展中存在许多问题，如总体规模小、活动内容简单、产品质量差、组织者的专业知识匮乏、参与者对户外知识了解不够、服务意识不强、管理落后等。为此提出加强俱乐部建设、提高俱乐部宣传、增进社会联络等对策。

The Present Situation and Managing Tactics in Outward Sport Clubs of Huaihua City
Abstract
This paper, applying to investigating method, collecting data method, logic analyzing method and expert interviewing method, etc., investigates and analyzes the present situation of four outward sports clubs in Huaihua city, and explores relevant tactics. This aims to provide a reference to lasting development of outward sports clubs in Huaihua city. The conclusion is that the clubs of Huaihua city are all private enterprises that assume sole responsibility for its profits or losses. The main activities are quality develop and outward activity. The advantages are lying in enough times, different participants, increasing of cooperate companies and good geography resources. However, there are also some problems in development, such as small scales, simple activities, bad qualities, short of specialized knowledge in organizers, lack of outward common sense among participants, lack of serving sense and bad management, etc. Then putting forward tactics such as strengthen the construction of outward sports clubs, publicize the clubs and promote social cooperation and so on.
