我国私募股权基金发展的新动力——创业板

随着经济的高速发展，全球资本市场的融资方式不断创新，特别是私募股权投资基金市场的发展模式，带动了中国本土私募股权投资基金的发展，这种金融创新对建立多层次资本市场、降低金融风险、促进高新技术产业发展等个方面都有着重要意义。而创业板与传统的主板市场有所不同，所以创业板的推出对于我国私募股权投资基金的发展有着重要意义。
本文主要介绍私募股权基金和创业板的基本内涵，分析私募股权投资基金和创业板之间的关系，阐述创业板的推出为我国私募权投资基金的发展带来的机遇和挑战，并进一步分析在创业板的大背景下，我国私募股权基金的进一步发展所需要的做出的策略分析，并希望私募股权投资基金在我国能得到更好的发展。

The new power of private equity fund development——GEM
ABSTRACT

With the rapid economic development, the global capital market financing innovation, especially the development model of private equity fund market led the indigenous development of private equity funds, this financial innovation has great significance on the establishment of a multi-level capital market, lower Financial risks and promote the development of high-tech industries and so on. GEM Board is different from the traditional market, so the launch of the GEM has a great significance for the development of our private equity investment fund.
This paper describes the basic content of private equity funds and the GEM, analysis the relationship between GEM and private equity funds, analysis the problems about the private equity funds in encountered in the development, described the development of the opportunities and challenges of the launch of the GEM for China private equity investment fund, and further analysis the strategic analysis of our private equity fund developed in the context of the GEM, and hope to get better in our development.
