对我国中小企业吸收和维持人才的探讨

【内容摘要】

知识经济时代,企业竞争的重点逐渐转向对人力资源的争夺,在激烈的企业竞争中,如何能够有效的吸引到自己所需的人才,并且能够维持人才是非常重要的一点,特别对于我国的中小企业,如何才能保持企业的活力,如何才能保证企业立于不败之地,这点就更值得思考。

本文就现阶段我国中小企业的人力资源的管理方法,分析在现阶段我国中小企业人才的吸纳与维持中存在的问题并提出对人才吸纳与维持的新意见。
