素质教育在小学课堂的实践
小学数学课堂教学中实施素质教育主要围绕着素质教育的本质和小学课堂的特点两个方面展开研究. 素质教育要求面向全体学生,开发受教育者的潜能,培养学生的知识能力、操作能力、学科情感和良好的心理品质,促进受教育者德、智、体等诸多方面全面发展.在小学数学课堂教学中,小学生是课堂的主体,在课堂教学中有着举足轻重的影响.为了更好地掌控小学数学课堂教学,有效地完成教育教学任务,在教学设计时必须认真分析小学生的身心具体情况,有针对性的采取有效的方法,如:优化课堂结构,改进教法等;实现知识、能力、情感三者共同发展的新型三维教学目标.素质教育在小学课堂中的实施把素质教育的精髓融入到了小学课堂,转变了传统小学数学教学观念,强调学以致用,为21世纪全面实现小康社会输送更多的高素质人才.

Abstract: Carry out quality education in the elementary school mathematics classroom teaching is mainly around the characteristics of the elementary school classroom and quality education. Quality education requires to working for all the students and developing the potential of students. Finally, realizing cultivate students' ability and good psychological quality. Promoting the student’s moral, intellectual, physical developing in every respect. In the elementary school mathematics classroom, primary school student is the main body of the primary school classroom. In order to make the primary school education better and finish the teaching work effective. Teachers must analyze elementary student’s specific conditions, then takes many effective methods, such as: optimizing classroom structure, improving teaching methods, etc; Integrate the essence into quality education in the primary school classroom, change the teaching idea and put it to use, and prepare for more high-quality talents of build a well-off society in an all-round way in the 21st century .
