企业培训开发激励员工

【内容摘要】

:在知识经济时代,知识和信息成为企业提升核心竞争力的关键,员工作为其载体在企业中有着越来越重要的地位。培训开发作为激励员工的重要途径,应受到企业的重视。

如何完善企业的培训开发制度来激励员工,留住人才?本文在对当前企业培训开发背景认知的基础上,首先研究分析激励理论,然后对企业培训开发现状作出分析,其次对导致问题出现的原因做出分析,最后,对完善企业培训开发制度提出具体建议。从而,形成一套良好的培训开发制度以吸引人才,留住人才,增强企业的综合竞争力。

【Abstract】 : In knowledge economy time,Knowledge and information become the key factors that enterprises promote the core competitiveness. The staff, as their carriers, have more and more important positions in enterprises.
Train and develop it as encouraging the staff, keep the staff's important route here, should be paid attention to by the enterprise.
How to improve the training of enterprises and development system to encourage the staff, retain staff? This text is in the cognitive foundation of training and developing background on the enterprises at present. First, research and analyze the motivational theory. Then, make analysis to enterprises current situation of train and develop and analyze the reason which causes the question. Finally, put forward the concrete suggestion of improving enterprises’ train and develop system.
Thus, form a set of good training and development system to attract talents, retain staff and strengthen the synthesized competitiveness of enterprises.
