xx小学生课外活动机构存在的问题及教育对策
无论从心理学角度，还是从发挥学生主体作用以及课堂教学和课外活动的有机结合来讲，课外活动都有其重要作用。而在下沙，这样的小学生课外活动机构较少且规模性不大。本文采用问卷法、个别访谈法等研究方法对下沙三所小学的279名小学生家长展开问卷调查，研究下沙现有课外培训机构的现状及小学生参与程度，结果表明：1、下沙小学生在课外有参加活动班的人数仅占班级总人数的31％；2、家长对现有培训机构极满意的占一小部分，亦有少数不满意和极不满意的；3、现有课外培训机构的现状令家长担忧，家长急切盼望在下沙有一所公办的规范化课外活动机构。本文最后还从教育相关部门、师范院校等多角度提出了有针对性的对策，以期有关部门对此引起重视的同时，能够在实际中有所作为。
Both from the psychological point of view and from the roles of students as well as classroom teaching and extracurricular activities in terms of the organicintegration ，extra-curricular activities has its important.Nevertheless in Xinsha,such extra-curricul -ar activities organizations are less and small-scale. In this article, using questionnaire method、individual interviews and so on to 279 pupil from three different primary schools in Xiasha expand the survey, analysing the level of involvment. The results show that:1、Participating in extra-curricular activities, has only 31% of the total number of the class;2、Parents very satisfied with the existing training institutions accounted for a small part and there is still a small number of dissatisfied and very dissatisfied; 3、The status of the existing extra-curricular training institutions to make parents worry .Parents eagerly look forward to an extra-curricular activities of public institutions run by standardized in Xiasha. Finally, the article also from the various view of the relevant departments of education、Normal Schools and so on to propose the artgeted measures expecting the relevant department pay attentionand also make a difference in practice.
