幼儿园社会领域教育存在的问题与对策


幼儿园社会领域教育是当前幼儿园教育中非常重要的一部分,它对于促进幼儿社会性发展起着重要作用。本研究通过访谈、观察的方式,收集了杭州市20名一线幼儿教师进行社会领域教育现状的资料。基于对这些资料的分析,笔者发现:(1)幼儿教师对幼儿园社会领域教育目标和内容的认知不全面;(2)社会领域教育过程中,教师主要采用生硬、教条式的讲解法,仍注重幼儿的认知引导,幼儿无情感体验。(3)在渗透于一日生活中的随机社会教育过程中,教师的教育意识不强。论文最后还提出了相关教育对策,以期对幼儿教师进行社会领域教育有所帮助,更好地促进幼儿的社会性发展。

Abstract
 Social education in the kindergarten is an important part of the early childhood education, which can promote children’s social development. Quality research methods of interview and observation are adopted in this study, and the researcher collects the dates of 20 teachers’ present conditions in the social education. Based on the analysis, the researcher finds that: First, kindergarten teachers’ understanding of the goals and contents of social education is incommodious; Second, teachers mainly use rigid, dogmatic explanation method on their social education. They focus on children’s early childhood cognitive guidance, pay little attention to their emotional experience; Third, teachers’ awareness of teaching is not strong in the daily infiltration social education. At last part, this study puts forward the relevant educational measures, in order to help the teachers do their better social education to better promote the children’s social development.
