企业核心员工能力与绩效管理

表面看来,绩效管理与企业的核心能力似乎没有什么关系。但事实确实相反的。

随着科技在经济发展中的作用不断突出,作为其载体的人才成为了企业生存和发展的重要资源。提高企业的绩效是提高企业竞争的途径。企业的核心能力是企业竞争的基本战略,绩效管理是实现企业战略的重要手段。

Thesis summary:       Results management and business enterprise of the core ability are seemed without relaaationship of the surface. But the fact is contrary. The technology is a function of  the economy development make cont-inuously outstanding, is the talented person whom it carries a body to become the business enterprise existence and the important resources of the development.The results that raises a business enterprise is the path that development  the business enterprise competition.  The core ability of the business enterprise is the basic strategy of the business enterprise competition, the results management is to carry out strategic important means of business enterprise.
