女大学生就业的性别歧视分析

【内容摘要】

自高校扩招以来,毕业生数量剧增,人才供过于求,许多女大学生在求职就业中遭受到用人单位的性别歧视。这种现象不仅对企业和个人带来了不利的影响,对社会也造成了一定的危害。因而本文在阐述现状、分析危害之后,从社会和个人的角度对其产生的原因进行分析,并提出解决这一现实问题的有效对策。

英文摘要(本论文范文的论文综述): Since the number of college has expanded for many years,the graduate's quantity increases severely, Then the supply of talents exceeds the demand, and a lot of female colleges suffer to sexism of the employer in hunting for a job. This kind of phenomenon has not only brought unfavorable influence on enterprise and individual, but also caused certain danger to the society. Therefore, after explaining the current situation and analyzing the harmness, this text analyzes the reason why it is produced from society and personal angle ,then proposes effective countermeasures to solve this realistic problem.
