县域金融有效需求分析及对策研究

金融作为现代经济发展的一股重要支撑力量，金融产业的每一次演进都对县域经济的发展起着重要的推进作用。但是由于一系列的原因目前我国县域金融的发展存在一些严重复杂的问题，它的复杂不但来自于风险、成本和可持续性之间的矛盾，而且还来自于经济体制、制度和政策等一些方面的制约，以致形成县域地区金融供给不足与金融风险集聚的问题。依据新制度经济学的分析框架，本文主要从我国农村金融发展历程以及现状出发对我国农村金融发展中的有效需求问题和矛盾进行分析，并通过分析找出问题所在并相应的给出一些今后推动县域金融发展的建议和对策。因此，如何依据县域社会转型特点及县域金融有效需求，制定相对应的农村金融发展战略、确定支持重点，实现县域金融机构的商业化、市场化经营，推动农村金融业的发展，支持社会主义新农村建设是一个值得深入研究的课题。

The effective needs of the County Financial Analysis and Countermeasures
Abstract：Finance as an important supporting force of modern economic development, the time evolution of the financial industry of the county's economic development plays an important role in the promotion. However, due to a number of reasons our county financial development, there are some serious and complex problem, its complexity comes not only from the contradiction between risk, cost and sustainability, but also from the economic system, institutions and policies some constraints, resulting in the formation of a gathering of county regional financial supply shortage and financial risks. Based on the analytical framework of New Institutional Economics, starting from the development process, as well as the status quo of China's rural financial analysis of effective demand problems and contradictions in the development of China's rural financial analysis to identify the problems and give future to promote the county financial development proposals and countermeasures. Therefore, in accordance with the county social transformation characteristics and county financial needs, to develop the corresponding rural financial development strategy, to determine support key business, market-oriented operation of county financial institutions, to promote the development of the rural financial sector, support a new socialist rural development is a subject worthy of further study.
