村镇银行的运营现状与发展对策¬¬¬——以浙江省为例

作为新型农村金融机构的村镇银行，它的设立是对农村金融体制改革的重大突破。本文首先介绍了村镇银行产生的背景，指出新农村建设需要村镇银行，农村金融市场需要村镇银行。接着，从浙江省的角度来透视我国村镇银行的运营现状。然后，重点分析了目前我国村镇银行在发展中所遇到困难，比如存款方面、贷款方面等。针对存在的问题，本文提出了几点相关的政策建议，为村镇银行的可持续发展提供参考。

The Operating Situation and Development Strategy of Village Banks
——Taking Zhe Jiang Province as an Example

Abstract: As a new type of rural financial institutions, the establishment of its villages and bank on the rural financial system reform is the major breakthrough. This paper firstly introduces the background of towns, points out that the village bank is needed in the construction of the new countryside, it is also needed in financial markets. Then, Analyses the operation status of village bank, taking zhejiang province as an example. Next, analyzed the current development of town Banks in trouble, such as deposits, loans, etc. Based on the existing problems, this paper puts forward some policy Suggestions related to the sustainable development of the towns bank reference.
