论中小企业信用担保存在的问题及对策
我国政府对中小企业的重视程度日趋增强，已陆续出台了一系列扶持中小企业发展的措施。但是目前我国中小企业融资难的问题并没有从根本上解决，资金缺乏仍旧是制约我国中小企业进一步发展的首要问题，其重要原因之一是缺乏行之有效的融资担保。因此，建立健全中小企业融资担保体系显得尤为重要。目前，中小企业信用担保体系处在初级阶段，还很不完善，功能十分有限。我们要在进一步规范、做强、做大信用担保机构的基础上，尽快建立体系完善、功能强大的中小企业信用担保体系，提供更多的融资支持，提升中小企业竞争力和发展活力，带动国民经济全面的发展

Problems and Countermeasures of the Credit Guarantee Organizations of SMEs
Abstract：our goverment pay more and more attention to the medium and small companies and lanuched lots of measures to improve those companies. but raising money is still no solved in our country which restrict the development of the companies, the most important reason is they are lack of money guarantee. therefore establishing the money raising guarantee is very important. At present, the credit assure system of the small and middle-sized enterprises still occupies the initial stage, it is very imperfect, and its function is still extremely limited. We need to make furtherly credit guarantee system regulate, stronger, bigger on the basis of establishing the perfect, powerful small and medium size companies credit guarantee system, to provide more financial support to enhance the competitiveness and development energy of small and medium size, and to drive the comprehensive development of national economy.
