国际货物买卖法对国际贸易的影响

本文根据法理学理论和原则，在分析国际货物买卖法对国际贸易影响的基础上，探讨国际货物买卖法如何有效地指导大学生（尤其是英语专业的大学生）从事国际贸易相关工作和业务操作。作为一名英语专业的学生，作者试图对前人一味强调法学专业的大学生才需要掌握国际货物买卖法的习惯思维做一次尝试性的突破。目的在于帮助英语专业大学生加深对国际货物买卖法重要性的认识，了解一定的国际贸易活动规律与特点在现实生活中的基本表现。本文作者认为：透过这样的探究，将能起到指导自己以及同龄人提高社会竞争能力和工作效率的作用。同时，也对培养懂法律、懂经贸，同时又能熟练运用外语（英语）的综合型人才的新时代需求做出具有实践意义的引领。

Abstract

This paper, based on the theories and principles of Jurisprudence, analyzes the influence of International Goods-sale Law on international trade and probes into how International Goods-sale Law can guild college students’ business-operation effect(especially for English majors) when they are engaged in international trading. As an English major student, the author tries to make an unprecedented research and attempt at predecessor’ constantly emphasized wonted thought, which only those college students majored in Law need to master the knowledge of International Goods-sale Law. And this thesis aims to the help college students (English majors) strengthen their knowledge of the importance of International Goods-sale Law, as well as master the real-life rule and characteristics of international trading. And the author believes, by doing such research, that this thesis will guide herself as well as her coevals to sharpen competitive ability and enhance working efficiency in society. Meanwhile, it will satisfy nowadays social demand of integrative talented person who knows Law and Economical trade simultaneously can use foreign language (English) skilledly.
