论外贸单证的词汇文体特征

外贸单证是外贸业务过程中应用的一系列单据和凭证。随着外贸经济活动的日益频繁，外贸单证的功能也日益凸显。在长期实际运用中，外贸单证形成了自己特有的词汇文体特征，特殊含义的词汇、专业术语、古体词等的大量使用，给单证的理解和制作带来极大的不便。另外外贸单证作为外贸活动的主要交流工具，在贸易纠纷时起着重要的书面证据的作用，因此外贸单证的理解和制作必须准确恰当。本文从文体学的角度，通过举例和比较，分析外贸单证词汇特征，并进行详细阐述, 确保外贸单证的理解和制作的准确性。了解外贸单证的词汇特征，能够帮助外贸业务人员正确认识语言现象, 同时帮助提高语言交际的有效性、得体性。

Abstract
Foreign trade documents are a series of documents and certificates used in the process of foreign trade business. With the economic activities of foreign trade becoming more and more frequent, the importance of foreign trade documents are also becoming increasingly prominent. In the long-term practical application, foreign trade documents have formed its own unique lexical features, from terminology, to archaic words, to formal words, which cause great inconvenience to understand and make out documents. In addition, foreign trade documents, as the main communication instrument in foreign trade, in case of disputes, will play an important role as written evidence, so the understanding and production of foreign trade documents must be proper and accurate. This paper, from the perspective of stylistics, analyzes the lexical features of foreign trade documents by way of examples and comparison and make further elaboration so as to make sure the accuracy of the understanding and production of foreign trade documents.
By learning the lexical features of foreign trade documents, foreign trade businessmen are able to correctly understand the language, what’s more, it can help improve the effectiveness and appropriateness of language communication.
