贵隆物流公司运作的价值流分析与优化研究

价值流管理是当今技术含量最高又最能给企业带来效益的管理手段，许多企业之所以在短期内获得成功就是引入了价值流管理战略思想的原因。日本的丰田汽车公司是最早使用这种管理方法的成功企业。从此之后，价值流管理方法风靡全球。我国很多企业都在尝试着进行价值流管理，价值流管理其市场意义是不言而喻的。
本文在收集和阅读相关资料，以管理学、价值流理论和企业管理等基本理论为指导，运用模糊分析法、“SWOT分析”等基本方法的基础上。首先，分析公司的每个环节，确定了价值存在的方式和范围以及环节中影响价值的主要要素。然后，指出了公司价值由显性价值和隐性价值两方面构成。接着，提出提高公司隐性价值的建议。最后，在确定公司运作的现有价值流状态之后, 通过价值流图析方法绘制公司的价值流图,并对其进行分析、优化。

Value Flow Analysis and Optimization Study of GUILONG Logistics Company
ABSTRACT
In present years, value stream management is the management means which has the highest technology and can bring most benefit to enterprise. Many enterprises have succeeded in short-term because of applying the value stream management. Japan's Toyota is the first enterprise which using the value stream management to achieve success. Since then, value stream management method has spread around the world. Many Chinese companies are trying to use value stream management, the marketing meaning go without saying.
This thesis is based on collecting and reading materials, taking basic theory of management, value stream and enterprise management, using the basic method of "PDCA", "SWOT analysis" and Fuzzy Analysis. Firstly, analyze each link of the company, confirm the existed scope and the key influence factor of value. Then point out company value is made up of explicit value and recessive value. What’s more, present the suggestion of rise the recessive value. Finally, after ensure the company value stream status, draw value stream map of company while analyze and optimize the map.
