批发零售类上市公司股权结构与绩效
近年来，由于我国取消了对外资批发零售类企业进入的各项限制，从而大大加剧了批发零售类企业的竞争强度，致使批发零售类企业，特别是国有批发零售类企业处于困境之中。本文认为导致目前这种情况的原因，主要是由于批发零售类企业经营绩效不佳，缺乏竞争力，以及股权结构不合理所致的。因此，对其股权结构与绩效进行评价和分析具有一定的现实意义。本文以我国批发零售类上市公司为研究对象，试图探讨和证明批发零售类上市公司股权结构与绩效的相关性，并对有效提高批发零售类上市公司的经营绩效提出建议。

ABSTRACT
Currently, retail companies in China are facing the huge challenge along with the removing of restriction for foreign capital, which greatly exacerbated the competitive strength of enterprises. Particularly, state-owned retail companies are facing more troubles. This article holds the view that the reasons which lead to this situation, mainly are that the poor performance and lack of competitiveness as well as the equity structure is irrational in such kind of companies. Therefore, carrying on the appraisal and the analysis of the relation of our country’s retail companies’ equity structure and performance have a certain practical significance. So, in this paper, we try to study and verify the relation through listing commercial retail companies. At last, the article comes up with related policy suggestion to effectively improve the performance of retail listed corporations and ameliorate the management environment.
