我国主要财产保险公司经营绩效的实证分析

随着我国市场经济的发展和改革开放的深入，我国财产保险公司迅速发展壮大，越来越成为社会各界人士关注的焦点。随着国内外不断变化的经济形势与保险业竞争的日益剧烈，迫切要求财产保险公司加强自身管理，提高经营绩效。因而财产保险公司的经营绩效评价也越来越受到关注。本文首先简述问题的提出。其次论述经营绩效和我国主要财产保险公司的界定和研究本文课题的视角选择，并简介国内外的相关研究。再次则介绍我国主要财产保险公司的经营现状和杜邦财务体系的在财险公司经营绩效领域的引入和改进的阐述。并以文中主要财产保险公司的经营现状为材料，运用杜邦财务体系对其加以分析总结。最后则是对主要保险公司如何改进现有经营方式以提升经营绩效的方法途径提出建议。

Abstract

With the development of market economy in China and the deepening of reform and opening up, China's property insurance company grows quickly, more and more become the focus of attention from various circles of society. At home and abroad with the changing economic situation and insurance competition becoming violent, pressing for the property insurance company to strengthen their own management, improve the performance. Thus property insurance company operating performance evaluation is also more and more attention to. This paper first briefly the problem put forward. Second discusses management performance and our country main property insurance company's definition and research in this paper from the point of view of subject choice, and introduction of related research at home and abroad. It introduces the main again property insurance company current situation of management and the DuPont financial system in general insurance company operating performance and improvement of the introduction of the field in this paper. Finally, the paper advise some suggestions that how to improve the existing mode of operation in order to improve the business performance of the proposed method.
