公共危机治理中政府公共关系的改进研究

在公共关系研究日益重要的当代，有效的政府公共关系工作,对进行有效的公共危机治理具有重要的预防作用与指导意义。
但是，目前的现状却是，政府部门中缺少专门的危机公关机构,政府公关人员缺乏专业素养，公关人员与媒体及公众缺乏沟通，在沟通过程中,不能利用公共关系的专业知识处理与媒体和公众的关系，也不能很好的发挥公共关系理论在公共危机治理中的作用。
针对这样的现状,政府应该设立专门的公共危机治理中心,形成公共危机治理体系；对政府公务人员进行公共关系专业知识培训，转变政府公关理念,培养合格的、有专业素养的公关人员；同时加强与媒体和公众的沟通，通过提高政府公关能力来提高公共危机治理的效率。

Abstract: Public relations in the study of contemporary increasingly important, effective government public relations work, to effectively public crisis management is an important preventive role and significance.
But the present situation is, the government department lack of specific crisis public relations agencies, the government public relations staff lack of professionalism, and the media and the public a lack of communication, in the communication process, can't use public relations professional knowledge processing and media and public relations, also not very good use of the public crisis management in the role.
On the present situation, the government should set up special public crisis management center, to the government official to public relations professional knowledge training, transformation of government public relations philosophy, train qualified, have the professional quality of public relations staff and add .
