随着中国经济的迅速发展,企业竞争日趋激烈,企业对员工素质的要求也日益提高,人才对企业发展影响越来越大。如何提高员工素质,培养高素质的员工队伍成为困扰企业的难题。对于企业而言,获取具有竞争力的人才无非是对外招聘和培训两条途径而已。相对于大多数民营企业来说如果要依靠对外招聘来获取具有竞争力的企业所需人才,确非易事,因此培训在民营企业生存中发挥着越来越重要的作用,也成为了企业关注的焦点。然而,由于受转型经济和教育制度大环境的约束,中国民营企业在对员工培训方面的熟悉还存在很多误区,成为企业实力和竞争力在人力资本层面弱化的主要原因。了解民营企业员工培训中存在的问题并提出相应对策具有重要现实意义。

Abstrac:With China's rapid economic development, business increasingly competitive, corporate employees are increasing demands for the quality and talent of the increasing influence of corporate development.How to improve the quality of employees, cultivate the high-quality staff team has struggled with the problem of enterprises.For businesses, the talent to get a competitive external recruitment and training is nothing more than just two ways.Most private enterprises compared to if you want to rely on external recruitment to get the competitive business needs talent is a difficult task, so training in business survival is playing an increasingly important role, has become a business concern focus.However, due to the transition economies and the constraints of the education system environment, Chinese enterprises are familiar with the staff training there are many errors, as the strength and competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the human capital level, weakening the main reason.Current training of private enterprises was much criticized, there are many places, leading to ineffective training or even failure.Staff training in private enterprises to understand the problems and put forward countermeasures have important practical significance.
