企业之间的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争。能否招聘并选拔出合适的员工使得企业拥有富于竞争力的人力资本是一个企业兴衰的关键。人力资源招聘选拔在人力资源管理与开发工作中是一项重要的基础性工作,它对于企业人力资源的合理形成、管理及开发具有至关重要的作用。
随着互联网技术的发展和普及,网络招聘已成为一种越来越普遍的招聘模式。网络招聘的全天候、即时性,大大提高了招聘工作的速度和效率,使招聘企业可以在短时间内寻获到所需的人才。本论文对网络招聘的模式、现状、优劣势等进行了论述并提出解决方案,进一步对未来的网络招聘模式进行探索,以便企业更好的选择员工,求职者找到更合适的工作。

Human resources recruitment selection in human resources management and development is an important basic work; it has the vital role in enterprise human resources reasonable formation, management and development.
With the development and popularization of Internet technology, network recruitment has become a more and more popular recruitment patterns. Network recruitment round-the-clock, real-time, greatly improving the recruitment of speed and efficiency, make recruitment firms can be found in a short period of time to the required talents. This paper network recruitment patterns, status, advantages and disadvantages are discussed and solutions to further about the future of network recruitment mode to undertake exploration so that enterprises better choice employees, to apply for a job person to find a suitable job.
