河南明珠大酒店员工培训探析
该论文以河南明珠大酒店建立科学的员工培训方案为研究内容,试图通过这一研究,对餐饮企业员工培训提供一定的探索和启示。首先简要的概述了河南明珠大酒店员工培训的现状,通过对调查统计数据的详细分析,找出了酒店员工培训工作存在的问题:对培训工作认识不够、缺乏完整的培训体系、缺乏规范的培训制度等,并对问题产生的原因进行了深入剖析。在此基础上,结合培训理论的思想以及系统模式工具,提出了河南明珠大酒店员工培训方案优化的设想,并对新员工提出了培训优化方案。最后,从系统性的角度,提出员工培训方案有效实施的保障措施。以推动培训成果的转化,实现培训的目的。通过对河南明珠大酒店员工培训的研究,有利于酒店员工培训工作的有效实施,优化企业的人力资源管理,增强企业的整体竞争能力,同时对其它同类企业的培训工作具有一定的借鉴意义。

 Study on Training for Employees of Henan Ming Zhu Hotel
 
 Abstract :The paper studies how to build scientific training project for employees in Ming Zhu Hotel,and also provides a certain relative results and enlightenment.It starts with the brief introduction for the present employee training situation of Ming Zhu Hotel.The details analysis on the date of investigation and statistics exposes some questions:comparatively low awareness of training, lack of a complete training system and standardized training system.The paper studies thoroughly the root of those problems.Based on the above,combined with theory of training and system modeling tools,put forward a idea of optimizing training project for Ming Zhu Hotel employees,and implemented the optimized plan for new employees.Finally,safeguard measure are posed for implementing effectively the plans from a systemic perspective. So as to promote the transformation of training achievement and achieve the purpose of training.The study on training project for employees of Ming Zhu Hotel benefits the work of carrying out the plan in the hotel optimizes human resources management,and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises,while had a reference to training in other similar enterprise.
