招聘员工作为获得人才的首要步骤,它的的成本也是企业所关注的。资源的有限性客观的要求我们对任何占有资源的工作都要从效率效益两方面进行核算,招聘工作的收益贡献体现在降低成本上。本文首先探讨了企业招聘成本的内容、影响招聘成本的因素以及如何降低招聘成本方法,研究了当今社会由于信息不对称现象造成招聘成本越来越高的问题,提出有效降低招聘成本的各个策略。如灵活选择招聘渠道,运用结构化面试手段,增加信息对称程度,做好留人工作,降低离职率等。企业应根据自己的实际情况实事求是的选择相关的策略,从而达到降低招聘成本的目的。

[Abstract]: Personnel recruitment as a first step to obtain, its cost is also a business concern. This paper discusses the content of corporate recruitment costs . cost factors affect the recruitment and how to approach it is necessary to reduce the recruitment costs, Study is due to asymmetric information in today's society causing more and more like the problem of high cost of recruitment is proposed to reduce the cost of the various recruitment strategies slightly .Then the writer got some useful tactics to reduce the recruiting cost through getting some experience from HR expert combine the management theory.For example,neatly select the recruiting channel,using the structure interviews,increases the information symmetrical degree and so on. Enterprises should be based on the actual situation of their choice related to the strategy of seeking truth from facts, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing recruitment costs.
