风险投资项目的可行性研究分析

现代风险投资始于美国，而我国引进和发展风险投资比较晚，但是发展比较迅速，我国的经济学家也不余余力地进行着这方面的研究。但更多的是从投资机制和大环境方面进行研究，对具体的投资项目没有太多的论述。国家经济的发展对风险投资的需求越来越大，许多风险投资公司却因为对投资项目的选择失误而造成巨大的亏损。本文将从投资项目的各个方面进行可行性研究分析，为风险投资公司进行项目选择时提供一些参考。

Feasibility Study and Analysis of Venture Capital Project
 
Abstract: Modern venture capital begins with the United States. It’s introduction and development in our country is late, but in our country, It develop more quickly and the economists don't hold this kind of research. More investment mechanism and environment research are more than specific investment projects. The development of national economy of venture capital demand is bigger and bigger. Many venture capital firm projects get huge losses because of error chioce. This paper stud and analyzes all aspects of investment project feasibility to provide some reference for venture capitalists when they choosing projects.
