天津荣罡物业股份管理有限公司企业文化建设研究
随着经济全球化和信息化的发展,企业之间的竞争更多的是企业文化的竞争,因为,只有企业文化才能给企业注入新的活力、带来长久的竞争力,也给企业带来有形的无形的、社会和经济的双重效益。因此,世界各国的企业都在探求、寻找企业文化建设的途径。本文首先论述企业文化的基础知识,然后以天津荣罡物业管理股份有限公司为背景,从精神文化、制度文化、物质文化三个方面来分析这个公司的企业文化建设的成功经验,从而提出对其他公司的一些借鉴意义,并对一些不足之处提出相应的对策。

Abstract: With economic globalization and information technology development, more competition among enterprises is the competition of corporate culture,because not only the corporate culture can inject new vitality to the enterprise and bring long-term competitiveness, but also the Tangible and intangible, the social and economic benefits. Therefore, the world's companies are exploring, looking for ways to build corporate culture. The paper first discusses the basics of corporate culture, and then makes Tianjin Rong Gang as the background, analyzing the company's successful experience in the construction of enterprise culture from the spirit of the culture, system culture, material culture the three aspects, which makes some references for other companies, and some countermeasures for the inadequacies .
