Research on the Application of ShenzhenWeimie Co.Ltd Intoducing Site Management
Abstract: All along with globalization of economy , the influence of WTO, and varied market environment, this thesis analyses and discusses the definition, content and significance of the 7s’ administration in order to increase production efficiency and the level of site management in Weimei Brush Co.Ltd , at the same time , lower their costs. Taking Shenzhen Weimei Brush Co.Ltd’s method of administration for example , the thesis explains the basis and key point of enterprises’ management is on-the-spot one, among which is the most basic and efficient method. 7s improves enterprises’ production environment and efficiency, and product quality, and uplift staff’s spirit greatly. If Weinmei Brush Co.Ltd conducts 7s’ management method sound and solid, it will produce a marked effect to the company.
