中国邮政集团公司拆分的协同效应分析
随着多元化经济的发展和企业内外部环境的不断变化,越来越多的企业通过企业扩张、企业并购、拆分重组等方式,不断扩大企业规模和经营领域,从而分散经营风险。企业拆分重组后,实现规模效益和各业务单位之间的协同效应是许多企业考虑的关键问题。本文首总结企业拆分的三种模式,以及企业拆分给企业带来的积极作用和企业拆分的适用原则;然后介绍了协同效应的理论研究,分析了企业拆分的四个协同纬度,使企业发挥整体资源优势,创造更高的整体价值。最后以中国邮政集团公司为例,分析了各下属子公司以何种方式整合企业资源,利用自身优势,发挥协同效应。

Abstract:With the development of diversified economy and internal and external environment of enterprises, more and more enterprises through the enterprise expansion, merger, split restructuring, and constantly expand the way business enterprise scale and risk dispersedly. After the reorganization, the realization enterprise resolution scale and each business unit of synergies between many enterprises is the key problem. The paper summarizes the three models of split enterprise, and split the enterprise to bring the positive role of enterprises and split applicable principle. Then it introduces the theoretical research of the synergy, and this paper analyzes the four collaborative latitude, the resolution of enterprise use of whole resource advantages, and create more value. Finally taking China post group company as an example, this paper analyzes the subsidiaries in what way integration enterprise resources, the use of their own advantages, synergy.
