基于产品族的时效供应链管理研究

供应链已经成为了现代企业的生命线，正确的供应链选择必须与企业提供的产品相匹配，与不同的产品族特点、相同产品族的不同生命周期阶段以及企业自身所属的市场类型相对应。本文以此为研究切入点，从产品族的特征出发，以创新型产品和实用型产品为例，对不同产品族应该选择的供应链类型进行讨论，给出了不同产品族与其供应链系统的匹配矩阵，并对矩阵进行了进一步的解释。揭示了供应链选择要基于产品生命周期的一般规律，以及不同市场类型下的供应链选择方法，即买方市场下企业可考虑选择快速供应链，卖方市场下企业可考虑选择高效供应链，最后提出了买卖双方均衡的市场下企业要构建时效供应链才能满足市场要求，该类供应链才是未来企业供应链战略的理想选择。这样不但为供应链管理知识体系提供了一个新的视角，也为企业提供了一个新的参考指标。

based on product family

Abstract：Supply chain has become the lifeblood of the enterprise, the right choice of the supply chain must provide matching products, the product family with different characteristics, the same product family as well as different life-cycle stages of the market owned enterprises should be relatively types. Reveals the supply chain to choose products based on the general rules of the life cycle, as well as different types of market supply chain options, the buyer's market enterprises may consider selecting rapid supply chain, a seller's market under the enterprise may consider selecting efficient supply chain, concludes a balanced market, buyers and sellers to create enterprise supply chain to meet the time demands of the market, such supply chain is the future of enterprise supply chain strategy is an ideal choice. This will not only knowledge of the supply chain management system to provide a new perspective, but also to provide enterprises with a new reference index.
