基于技术创新的海信核心战略分析
技术创新是支撑企业崛起的有力工具，也是企业持续发展不竭动力。在环境千变万化和竞争日益激烈的今天，技术创新更是越来越受到企业的重视。海信集团作为家电行业的领跑者，许多年来一直坚持自主创新，把创新看作是知识产权的基础和灵魂，在作为第一生产力的科技上实现突破，不断提升企业的自主创新能力。本文首先对技术创新理论进行了简要说明，并简介了海信的发展史，然后对海信进行了技术创新的核心战略分析。本文的重点在于对海信及其他知名企业的技术创新实践进行案例分析，最后总结探索出了一套适合我国中小企业的技术创新模式，本文旨在以海信为例来探索我国中小企业的技术创新之路。

The Analysis On Core Strategy about Hisense
Based on Technology Innovation
Abstract: Technological innovation is a powerful tool for supporting enterprise, which is also an inexhaustible motive force to sustain the development of enterprises. In the ever changing and increasingly competitive environment today, the technological innovation of enterprises is more and more important. Hisense Group, a home appliance industry leader, has been insisting independent innovation for many years, who promote the innovation and intellectual property rights as the foundation and soul of the productive forces ;as the first breakthrough technology to continuously improve independent innovation capability of enterprises. Firstly, we have a brief description to the theory of technological innovation and brief history of the development of Hisense, and then we carried out the core strategy of technology innovation of Hisense.
This paper will focus on the Hisense and other well-known enterprises in technology innovation practice case studies, finally, I will explore a set models of technological innovation for SMEs in China, the models of the technological innovation of SMEs in China are very important for reference.
