湘西地区高校开展跆拳道的现状与对策研究

跆拳道是近年来在国内迅速发展起来的新型体育运动，已列入国家体育总局“奥运争光计划”。目前湘西地区高校出现了大量的跆拳道练习者，出现了生机勃勃的局面，显示出客观的发展前景。但事物的发展是对立统一的，难免会出现一些窒碍跆拳道在高校发展的棘手问题， 本文通过文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法对湘西地区高校跆拳道发展现状进行调查，结果显示：湘西高校学生不能正确理解和认识跆拳道运动，跆拳道的开展形式比较单一；教练员的水平参差不齐；基础设施有待改进和完善。分析研究结果并提出其相应的对策：（一）学校相关部门宏观调控。（二）合理安排教学内容，科学制定训练计划。（三）加强师资管理，提高教练员执教水平。（四）积及改善跆拳道硬件设施，营造良好训练环境。通过对研究成果进行总结，指出影响湘西高校跆拳道发展的不利素，提出适合湘西高校跆拳道运动发展的相应对策，为湘西高校跆拳道运动的发展提供参考。

The Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Teakwondo in Western Hunan Colleges

Abstract
Teakwood， one of new type sports，has grown at a very rapid rate in recent years. It has been included in the Programme for Olympic Honors of state physical Culture Administration. Most students practice the Taekwondo in the colleges of western Hunan with vigor and vibrancy at present. However, any things develop along with the contradiction. The development of the Taekwondo,which encounters some difficulties,is also impeded .This essay aims to analyze the development of the Taekwondo in western Hunan by the literature data method ，Investigate method，mathematical statistic method and logic analysis method . Moreover, What the results show that the college students in western Hunan do not correctly understand the Taekwondo, which takes the single form to develop; the levels of the coaches are uneven; the infrastructure remains to be improved. Meanwhile， some corresponding measures have been taken: 1) Relevant departments of colleges adopt macroeconomic control. 2) Making the rational arrangement of teaching materials,working out the training plans scientifically. 3)Relevant departments of colleges should Intensify the teacher training management and improve the coaches’levers . 4) Relevant departments of colleges should improve the hardware facilities and create a favorable training environment. Besides，it is necessary to sum up the research results,point out the disadvantages and propose some suitable measures which provide the reference for the development of Teakwondo in western Hunan .
